Delicious food and awesome service. Actually we ordered chicken fajitas and we got beef in there but our server was so gods he changed the dish in no time. I would definitely revisit suggest this place.

I came for a late lunch around 3pm. I was the only one in the restaurant. It was clean, pretty dark as the blinds were closed. The lighting at the table was not that great. I ordered ACP in a taco shell bowl. It didn’t have any rice in it, and was very soupy. The shell tasted a little like old grease. I waited a short time for a sweet tea refill. The staff was nice, not overly attentive. I gave it a 2/5 because I didn’t think the food was that great. But maybe it was an off day. The restaurant is in a small mall near Va Tech. Parking is minimal in front of the building. There’s a couple other restaurants close as well as a Starbucks a couple clothing stores, and a huge movie theater.

The steak Taco's were awesome. The margarita was spot on. The food was delivered to the table in less than 10 minutes and the drinks were there in under 5. Great place to go before a movie.

Came here with my entire frisbee team after a tournament, and they sat all 20 of us on about 15 minutes notice, so shoutout them for that to start. As a whole, they handled the logistics of such a large group very well and got food out in time and on schedule. I got the arroz con Pollo, which was decent and a large portion. Also, regarding service, they kept the chips + salsa coming which was awesome. Never had the margaritas yet, but El Rods is pretty solid from what I've seen.

Friendly staff, excellent service and great food. Do enjoy the attentive waiters checking to make sure we have everything we need and refilling our drinks. Will return and would recommend

Food was good. Margaritas were amazing! Staff was friendly and polite. Wheelchair accessible and frienly. Restaurant had trays etc in the walkway along with construction tools on the tables so cleanliness was not 100%

As alumni, my husband and I have fond memories of El Rodeo when attending Virginia Tech. It's actually where we had our first date. This new location didn't disappoint! The food was delicious as ever and large portions, especially for the lunch menu! Outdoor seating was perfect for catching up with family over lunch. And the salsa is one of the best outside of Mexico!

Food & service was good. Steak & Texas rita.... ehhhh... it was ok. Texas Rita...Margirita was huge but the tequila was not that strong or enough. Service is quick and servers were niceand work hard!! If you pay with card, they pass their merchant fee to you but your bill is lower if you pay with cash. It will show you on your check.
